Neuromuscular Massage Therapy focuses on effective treatment of pain and injury. The soft tissue manipulation assists the body with pain minimisation, reduced stress and greater mobility. It provides an opportunity for the the body to heal itself.

Patients may experience some discomfort one or two days after treatment. This is a normal reaction, as it may take a little time for the body to adapt to the soft tissue changes from the session. Patients should drink plenty of water before and after each treatment.
